The company used the old existing 1950s house in Laguna Beach to build this beach cottage. The transformation encompasses the modification of the design lines of the home into contemporary style of modern lifestyle to give the inhabitants comfortable living experience as well as a better view.
Before executing the plan, the architects were challenged with the position of the property that is on a sloping site. Not to be discouraged, they finally came up with idea constructing a house with different levels. This way, the inhabitants can enjoy different views on each level, and all those excitements of enjoying the different view at different level have been completed with easy access too. Large glass windows chosen are not only allowing the inhabitants to enjoy the views outside, but they also allow the sunlight to come through the areas of the home.
